The purpose of SACA is to improve the skills, knowledge, abilities, and image of animal care and control work, to cooperate with other agencies in animal care and control work and to promote better laws and law enforcement methods relating to animals.
For over 35 years we have dedicated ourselves to keeping pace with changes within this profession. Recent issues such as natural disasters and high profile cruelty investigations have thrust this to the forefront, requiring us to adapt to changes in training at an ever increasing rate.
